Introducing the newest edition to the leatherman Raptor series: The Leatherman Raptor Response. Unlike the rescue edition, the response is made more for first responders than rescue workers. It is much like the original Raptor, but there are a few key differences, such as no longer having a strap cutter, glass breaker, and plastic sheath. However, it still does come with the ring cutter, ruler, and oxygen tank wrench, ensuring that it is a handy tool.
