This Wusthof Classic Nakiri Knife 4193-7/13 is a must have in the kitchen! The knife features a 5 in. high carbon stainless steel blade with a satin finish. The handle on the knife is made of polyoxymethylene and stickered with the red Trident logo. The knife can be used to prep a wide variety of fresh produce, like potatoes, which tend to stick to a knife’s blade. The knife is dishwasher safe, but it is recommended to hand wash to keep it in tip top shape! Made in Germany.
