Description
The Victorinox 40536 Butcher/Skinning Knife features a Fibrox handle and a high carbon stainless steel blade. This knife is used to skin and slaughter, the curved 6 in. blade on the knife is razor sharp and helps make an even stroke when separating the skin from the meat. The black handle is made of Fibrox and has a strong and slip resistant grip. The knife weighs approximately 4.5 oz. and was made in Switzerland.
