Sized to perfectly split the difference between our iconic Delica 4 and Endura 4 models, the Endela is rapidly earning a reputation as the perfect compromise. To make this full-service folder even more capable, it is now available with an Emerson Opener; an integral hook on the blade’s spine opens it automatically as it’s drawn.
This high-speed version of the Endela features a saber-ground VG-10 blade, skeletonized stainless steel liners, a sturdy back lock mechanism, and an injection-molded fiberglass-reinforced-nylon (FRN) handle in the distinctive blue-gray color of our Emerson-Opener-equipped knives.

Excellent knife, had it for years and bought my son one too and he friend wanted it really bad and offered to buy it. Still a tight fit, no wiggle and came very sharp and vg10 is a better steel than most. Mine says Endura 4 but it’s this one. Maybe two years ago I caught the pocket clip on a sharp edged door frame and spyderco sent me a new one free of charge with a little bottle of locktite. Maybe add four feet of kevlar string as a quick release lanyard for cutting through pipe etc..
