The Kershaw HOB Exclusive Link, in custom blue stonewash, uses a high-quality S35VN stainless steel blade that has been stonewash finished to hide the wear and tear from daily use. It uses a blue anodized aluminum handle with red back spacer. The Link is equipped with SpeedSafe assisted opening for easy one-handed opening via the flipper. The missing link between a quality, made-in-the-USA knife and a price most consumers can afford has been found. Or, to be more precise, Kershaw is making it. Appropriately, it is called the Link and it has been given the patriotic model number of 1776 and colored even more appropriately for the U S of A. The sculpted lines and texture of the handle provide for a comfortable and secure grip. The Link feels big and solid in the hand and offers a clean look. The pocket-clip is reversible for convenient left or right-handed pocket carry. The Link is made in Kershaw’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Tualatin, Oregon.
