This Kai Pure Komachi 2 AB5071 Hollow-Ground Nakiri Knife is a Japanese-style vegetable knife. The knife features a green 5.4 in. carbon stainless steel blade that has a food-safe color coating and is hand-sharpened to a 16″ cutting angle.
The green molded resin handle offers a comfortable and secure grip. The knife also comes with a matching sheath for safe and easy storage. It is dishwasher safe, but it is recommended to hand wash to prolong the life of the blade. Made in China.
