*Disclaimer

• Basic Text Engraving is anything you can type on a keyboard.
• If it is anything other than basic text please give us a call at 817-237-7721 EXT. 401 and we will help you with your order.
• For every different location you want engraved it is a separate engraving fee, add qty as it pertains to how many different locations on the knife/cup you are doing.
• What you write will be engraved ex: if you put quotations marks those will be engraved or any punctuation marks as well. If you would like any text stacked please let us know in your notes.
• Choose your font from the list above.
• Please choose where you would like the engraving, front handle or front blade, if it is a cup we will engrave it on the front side, if you choose an option that cannot be done because of the material we will do the option that is available to be engraved upon.
• If you do not choose a font, Arial will be used as the default for your engraving.
•  If you do not have any special request on how you would like the engraving to look like we will leave it up to our engraver to use their best judgment. I.e., stacked or one line.
• We are not responsible for any misspellings or mistakes made by the customers.
• All engraved items are a final sell, we do not accept returns on engraved items for any reason unless due to an error on our end.
• Cancellations cannot be processed once it has been engraved.
• Our engraving process is usually done same day if not the next business day. Our business days are Monday- Friday. Orders placed on Friday night through Sunday will be engraved the next available business day.
• By placing your order, you agree to this disclaimer listed above and accept all liabilities associated with the engraving process.
