We pride ourselves on shipping your orders as fast as possible. All orders that come in during the week (Mon-Fri) before 3:00 PM Central will be shipped out that day. Unfortunately, we are off on weekends, so any orders processed after 3:00 PM Central on Friday will be shipped that following Monday. Holidays Excluded

Yes, in-store pickup is available at our storefront located at 6451 NW Loop 820, Fort Worth, TX 76135.

Yes, we offer laser engraving on a wide range of products, including most pocket knives, fixed blade knives, YETI cups and bottles, cutting boards, kitchen blocks, and more. For items that are engravable, you can add a personalized message directly through our website. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our store.

Engraving lead times may vary from day to day. Single-item engraving orders placed through our website for shipment will ship the same day when the order is placed before 2:00 PM Central, Monday through Friday. Orders of more than 5 items to be engraved will ship the following business day. For smaller local pickup orders placed through our website, engraving is typically completed and items are ready for pickup within 24 hours of order placement. For in-store purchases, we make every effort to complete engravings as promptly as possible. All engraving services are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Depending on current demand, engraving may take up to 24–48 hours, with lead times for larger orders varying based on overall workload.

Knives purchased through our website are not included in our Free Lifetime Sharpening service. Double-Edged blades, Karambits, Scandi Ground Blades, Kitchen Knives with over 12” blade length, Fixed Blades with over 10” blade length, Safety Razors, Straight Razors, Scissors, Swords, Machetes, Ceramic/Polymer Blades, Axes, Throwing Stars/Knives, Display or Fantasy Blades of any kind do not qualify, even when purchased in-store.
