This Kershaw 7 in Clearwater Fillet knife is composed of corrosion-resistant and flexible 420J2 Japanese stainless steel. The 4.90 in. co-polymer handle with neon accents provides an excellent and extremely comfortable grip. This fillet even comes with its own ABS sheath for easy storage and belt carry. It is a great fillet knife, perfect for filleting medium-to-large fish with ease. This "softer" steel enables the blade to bend without breaking so that it moves easily through the body of the fish to give you the ideal fillet.
